Accessibility goals

The company sets the following accessibility goals for the years 2025 and 2026:

  • Adjustment based on the reports collected following this monitoring;
  • Review of a new sample of pages by December 2026;
  • Adoption of guidelines and best practices for the creation of new content in compliance with accessibility requirements.

 

Verification Methodology

Manual evaluation of a representative sample of pages reflecting the various methods of publishing information on the website (20 page templates).

The following tools were used during the test:

  • Google Chrome Desktop;
  • Google Chrome Android (Samsung Galaxy S23);
  • Firefox Desktop;
  • Safari for macOS;
  • Safari for iOS (iPhone 12 Pro);
  • NVDA Screen Reader in combination with Firefox Desktop;
  • JAWS Screen Reader in combination with Google Chrome Desktop;
  • TALKBACK Screen Reader in combination with Google Chrome Android;

Where semi-automated evaluation tools were required, the following were used:

  • Color-pair Contrast Testing;
  • Web Developer Toolbar;
  • Visual ARIA;
  • W3C HTML Validator;
  • Google Lighthouse;
  • Mauve++.

 

Reference Standards

The evaluation was carried out using a sample-based verification methodology. Reference standards include:

  • European Standard EN 301 549 – Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services (UNI EN 301549);
  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.

 

Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Annex A of the UNI EN 301549 standard due to the non-compliance issues and/or exceptions listed below.

 

Reporting Mechanism

Stellantis N.V. provides the email address umberto.murazio@stellantis.com to report cases of non-compliance and to request information and content that are excluded from the scope of the Directive.

The person responsible for handling reports submitted by users is Umberto Murazio.

In case of an unsatisfactory response or no response within thirty days of the notification or request, the individual may submit a report following the procedure indicated on the official AgID website.
